Each of these baths comes in a one pound bag which equates to 2-4 baths, depending on how strong you like your baths. Pour bath salt into a running bath, they will take approximately 2-5 minutes to completely dissolve. Soak in your bath for at least 20 minutes to experience the complete therapeutic value of these exotic sea salts, pure essential oils and fresh herbs.
An important reminder, these bath salts are combined with "pure" essential oils which may be irritating to those with sensitive skin. Although, the dilution ratio is conducive to most, your first experience with one of these baths should not be a strong bath . . . you can always add more.
